Rush!

Morning!

First day of the holidays and my boy is up at 6.30!!??
Why do they do that? He has to be dragged out of bed every other day!

Bit of a mixture of photos of the last few days which have been a bit of an emotional blur. Maisy finished primary school and went to a party to celebrate. She had a new short hair cut too (very brave).

I baked cakes for us in the staff room to have our own little party but tonight we are having a proper do for my lovely friend who retired.

Now I am forcing Soren to come to Happy Valley (a lovely walk nearby) with Morten. After all he has been playing FIFA since the crack of dawn! (that is the boy, not Morten!)

  1. I'm afraid we beat you on this one 5:15 am! She was sent Back To Bed! Where she managed to stay until 6:07am! We are off on holiday this weekend and my daughter wants to get ideas from the seaside for the picture she wants to send you! She's been set the challenge by her teacher to design a super hero for their class next year. This is consuming all her creative juices at the moment! She has her character, female ( yes!), costume, thought of her powers and even has extra cast! Have a lovely day! Ada :)

  6. Maisy's haircut is cool! We took KP to the hairdressers yesterday but she begged the hairdresser to take only a minimal amount off - how I wish she was braver particularly in this hot weather. Love Maisy's party dress too!
