Hi

Hello everyone! I went away again for a bit, no reason really, just having a bit of a lull.
So what has been happening around here of late? Not a great deal!

I finished another picture for a family that wanted terraced houses on a hill and their pet budgies to feature!

Morten has been poorly and been prescribed many tablets. He also 'helped' me clean the inside of Bertha. Did I ever tell you that my car is called Bertha?

I made a few cake flags and bunting for a friend on her last day at work. She had the same idea and so we had so much cake! Oddly we had both made Nigella's Guinness Gingerbread. It really is the best cake, especially if you need to make it in advance, it just gets stickier.

My Maisy dyed her hair 'black cherry' and it looks gorgeous. (Gorgeous but grown up!)

The sweet peas have been planted out and the rest of the garden is slowly coming round to the idea that it is safe (ish) to bloom. My feet decided to come out of sock hibernation too and I got some new spotty trousers from Uniqlo....£9 bargain!

  6. Hello! I haven't been around much lately either but The Baby is asleep (and not on me for a change) so I'm catching up with my blog reading. Is your car a Fiat 500 - that's my wishlist car for as soon as I don't need to lug a buggy about :-) x

    1. Oh that feeling of being trapped under a sleeping baby, I remember it well! Yes it's a fiat 500 which I love but it's getting a squash now for my children's limbs! Fine in the front though! ;) xx

  10. Oh, I do hope Morten is better soon. Animals look so miserable when they're unwell - it's the only way they can tell us that thye're out of sorts. Fingers crossed that he'll be well and medication free soon.
